Yes \u2014 basic swimming skills and comfort in the water are required. You don\u2019t have to be an athlete, but you should be able to swim at least 200 yards and tread water for 10 minutes.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

A swimsuit and towel are all you need for pool sessions. We provide wetsuits for open-water dives.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n
